The staff was very friendly. Everything else was acceptable.

The gym lacked air conditioning, very uncomfortable to work out. some of the equipment was old and seemed poorly maintained. the fancy bath in my room looked nice, but it was missing a plug. This was very inconvenient.

Souad at reception impressed me. She gave great service. the view from my room was fine. I saw so much. the hotel was quick to respond to my needs always. every staff member i encountered was always friendly. I loved it.

My superior double room had nice views of both pools and beach. rooms are super clean and well maintained. I saw staff caring for them. the hotel provides a sweet welcome gift upon arrival too.

the grounds included well maintained green spaces. the rooms offered comfortable beds and large balconies. daily breakfast presented many options and a variety of cuisines. the spa services were very good and staff was very professional.

the television in the room was old and did not work properly so i found limited viewing options.
