no air conditioning missing plug
The staff was very friendly. Everything else was acceptable.
The gym lacked air conditioning, very uncomfortable to work out. some of the equipment was old and seemed poorly maintained. the fancy bath in my room looked nice, but it was missing a plug. This was very inconvenient.

good reception fine view quick response friendly staff
Souad at reception impressed me. She gave great service. the view from my room was fine. I saw so much. the hotel was quick to respond to my needs always. every staff member i encountered was always friendly. I loved it.
The spa was not great. It needs some work for sure.

the hotel has diverse facilities like a golf course and swimming pools. there are different spots around the hotel for relaxation and enjoying the ambiance. i found many spaces to sit and appreciate the view.

My superior double room had nice views of both pools and beach. rooms are super clean and well maintained. I saw staff caring for them. the hotel provides a sweet welcome gift upon arrival too.

relaxing stay with great amenities
maintained green spaces comfortable beds professional staff
the grounds included well maintained green spaces. the rooms offered comfortable beds and large balconies. daily breakfast presented many options and a variety of cuisines. the spa services were very good and staff was very professional.
the television in the room was old and did not work properly so i found limited viewing options.

the hotel is conveniently situated within a short drive from the town center. the location offered a peace all around removed from the bustle of the city. there were also views of the surrounding greenery.

the hotel staff was very friendly especially those in the restaurant. the employees were helpful in arranging transportation. they were also very quick to resolve any requests that i had. it was very good.

the room featured a large bed with comfortable linens. a spacious balcony had seating and views of the gardens. the bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub. i really enjoyed my stay.

bakery options delicious omelets interior decorations
the breakfast buffet had excellent diversity with many bakery options. a woman made omelets that were delicious. the hotel had different places to sit and enjoy the view or interior decorations.
the room service was not very quick.
